Manchester United have reached a full, verbal agreement with the Netherlands player. According to reports the deal will cost around €3m to Besiktas, who will join on loan from Burnley.
The player was seen in a video leaving Istanbul ahead of his move to Old Trafford. The Manchester Club were interested in Coady Gakpo but they lost the player to Liverpool.
