Chelsea FC might just miss out on signing Atletico Madrid’s Joao Felix in recent transfer news as two top premier league sides have been confirmed to be leading the race to sign the Portuguese. Although Chelsea has reportedly finalized three deals, the blues are reportedly no longer leading the race to sign Felix as Manchester United and Arsenal have stepped into the talks in the race to sign him.
Sports journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed that Chelsea is focused on signing the Argentine youngster Enzo Fernandez.

New contacts will take place this week for João Félix deal. Premier League clubs will have new direct talks with his agent Jorge Mendes. Chelsea are focused on Enzo deal, Manchester United and Arsenal already had talks with Mendes. PSG, not in the race as of now.
