Dbanj has been arrested & detained for fraudulently diverting funds meant for N-Power.
N-Power project is an empowerment programme set up by the Nigerian Federal Government in 2016 to address youth unemployment and increase social development.
Investigation shows that D’banj colluded with some government officials to infuse ghost beneficiaries into the payroll of the scheme. With this, the stipend paid to those ghost beneficiaries are directly paid to bank accounts linked to the singer.
