The manager of the Magpies, Eddie Howe was named winner of the manager of the month award for October 2022. Howe was announced the winner of the award on Friday, November 11th, 2022 via the official website of the Premier League.
Newcastle was the biggest winner in October, securing 16 points from a maximum of 18 points, winning five games and dropping points in just one game. This is the time Howe is winning the award, three times at the manager of Bournemouth and twice at the Sports Direct Arena.

Miguel Almiron as the winner of player of the month award for October 2022. Newcastle United’s winger, Miguel Almiron was named the winner of the award following his fantastic performance for the Magpies. The Paraguayan became the first player to be announced winner of the award since Roque Santa Cruz while he was at Blackburn in 2007.
Almiron scored six goals for Newcastle in October 2022. He expressed his delight on the club’s website after he was given the award.
