A married man has recounted how he lawfully took back a business he financed for his wife after uncovering alleged infidelity and questioning the paternity of their child.
According to his account, he financed and registered a business in his name after his wife resigned from her job.
Years later, he claimed to have discovered that the two children he had been raising were not biologically his and that his wife had allegedly been involved with a former partner.
He subsequently sought legal counsel, gathered financial records, and successfully regained control of the business through the courts. He also filed additional legal action over alleged financial misconduct.
The woman reportedly left the marital home with the children and is said to be facing personal and financial difficulties following the legal battle.

So it started 3 months after our wedding thatâs 2020, my wife stop going to work, I ask
her why she said she resigned, thatâs the work is draining her ,she wants to stay at home.
At first I donât have problem with that,
but as time goes on ,there would be a time I maybe be broke,how are we going to cope or sometimes Iâm on company trips which I go often,how will she cope ,when she needs something for herself she would need to wait tillsend money.
I had to dialogue with her that she canât just sit without doing anything ,so we agreed she would start doing business buying and selling. I have 5 million saved already ,although itâs was to change my car but | decided car can wait we should use it for business first
I even borrowed 5 million extra from my work place to be deducted from my salary every month for 5years,so the business could thrive.The business was growing I was paying the loan, I was even doing uber during the weekend to cover for the amount decucted from my salary
but my wife has a problem she never contribute to anything that wonât be of solely her benefit in the house. I complained she would say Iâm the man of the house that I should man up, I should take responsibility,if the prepaid unit is runned down
when Iâm not around she buys fuel for the duration she would be at home only, there wonât be light till I comes back home and I load the meter again. Last year June I discovered something when my wife had the 3rd miscarriage ,! took her to the hospital for clean up although we had 2 children
but in between those children she had2miscarriages as I thought at that time, but the doctor made me understand it wasnât miscarriages that it was abortion the whole time. My wife bribed her not to inform me but she felt guilty after the 3rdone
That prompt me to do DNA TEST on our 2 children ,I discovered they were not mine I was devastated but I kept my cool I didnât confront her, | just started digging and tailing my wife. I found out that it was the ex children I have been taking care of since.
she made sure to abort when she knows the baby is mine and leaves the one she knows itâs her ex. I nearly ran mad that time because of the betrayal, I was depressed she didnât even notice,she was just living her life and flexing with her ex
I called my lawyer and informed him about it , how can I go about the whole situation without me loosing more than this ,my lawyer said the business the I opened her did I opened it myself or I gave her the money. I told him I bought everything fortunately it was all in my name.
I wasnât even aware at first till | checked. My lawyer took a legal step on my behalf, it was closed down thatâs when she knew something was wrong .she confronted me and i told her about all her cheating and I knew our children was not mine .she was not even remorseful,
she told me she is going to sue me and she will get her store back ,| didnât argue with her, that evening she parked her bags and the 2kids to her parents house, she said I should be expecting divorce letter and a court order very soon ,| didnât argue she left.
I informed my lawyer immediately,he said I should keep the receipt and anything I know that involves the store. Doing the right things pays a lot,I do give her monthly allowance for upkeep even though she has a thriving business, I used that against her too.lawyer said I should print everything
I shouldnât say itâs upkeep funds ,I should say she works for me and I payed her monthly salary which I did ,âwe won the case and I gained back the store ,although 3 times bigger that when I opened it. I go through the company account from 5 years ago, I discovered she has been sending money to her boyfriend ,i sue her for embezzlement | took the remaining money in her account. Returned her to how I met her before I married her,That was December last year. Her mother called me last week that if anything happened to her
I recorded the conversation sent it to my lawyer. I found out from her last sibling that the boyfriend took off to Cyprus with the money she have been giving him ,and he blocked her everywhere .she has been in suicidal mode since then but I donât care
I was even generous enough to take care of her children ,because they only know me as their father. I donât want to derail the children future especially the girl ,sheâs special kid a very brilliant and smart child, there is no vitamin and supplements we didnât buy when she was pregnant
because we want our first child not to have any complications as the first child. but I guess I just waste my time and resources on another manâs daughter I didnât regret sha because I love kids .so I want to ask if Iâm too ruthless and i did do too much I will be in the comment sectionâ
