A New Year’s resolution is a commitment that a person makes to themselves to improve their lives in some way, typically by changing a habit or adopting a new one.
People often make New Year’s resolutions at the beginning of the year as a way to start fresh and set goals for themselves.
While New Year’s resolutions can be helpful in encouraging personal growth and development, it’s advisable to be realistic and consider what you can realistically achieve in the coming year. It’s also necessary to have a plan in place to help you stick to your resolution and to be flexible and willing to adjust your goals as needed.
It’s not about kabashing, casting and binding village people, realistic and consider what you can realistically achieve and have a plan in place to help you stick to your resolution.
