Juventus are eager to seal the future of rising star Kenan Yildiz with a new long-term contract, accompanied by a change of agent.
Reports emerging from Italy indicate that the 18-year-old Turkey international is on the verge of signing an extended deal with the Serie A giants.
Yildiz’s current contract, signed in August 2023, was initially set to expire in June 2027.
However, his impressive performances since then have warranted a contract extension.
Having seamlessly transitioned to the senior squad, Yildiz has made 22 Serie A appearances and three appearances in the Coppa Italia, contributing three goals.
According to Italian sports journalist Fabrizio Romano, the new contract is expected to run until June 2028, with an improved salary.
Alternatively, Tuttosport suggests that the deal could be extended even further, potentially until June 2029.
Yildiz is also set to part ways with Leaderbrocks agency shortly after signing the new contract.
This decision stems from differing perspectives on the player’s future.
Born in Germany to Turkish parents, Yildiz honed his skills in the Bayern Munich youth academy before joining Juventus on a free transfer in the summer of 2022.
