Nigerian talented rapper and singer, Oladipo Olamide Emmanuel, popularly known as Chinko Ekun, has narrated how he became homeless after his smash hit ‘Able God’

In a recent video that went viral, the former YBNL signee, whose 2020 single “Able God” featuring Lil Kesh and Zlatan was a monster hit, revealed that he suffered from depression after that period.

Sharing his story as a testimony at the Harvesters Church, Chinko made it known that he had a misunderstanding with his then record label, Dek Niyor Entertainment, which resulted in him losing his record deal as well as becoming homeless. He said:

From booking shows and flying every day to perform, I became homeless and I started squatting with one of my friends.

The rapper concluded the testimony by stating that he had a conversation with God, after which things started to pick up for him again.
