Popular billionaire, Obi Cubana speaks after being criticized for countering his alleged adopted child after he claimed the next-of-kin title.

It would be recalled that an online drama was stirred when Obi Cubana’s alleged adopted son took to his page on TikTok to crown himself the next-of-kin.

Obi Cubana had reacted by showing off his first son and noting that he is his next-of-kin.

The move had sparked mixed reactions and some criticisms from netizens who opined that what he did wasn’t appropriate.

Following this, Obi Cubana took to his Instagram page to show off all his kids and noted that they are all next-of-kins.

Activist, Verydarkman reacts as influencer, Ashmusy begs for help recovering N33M from a scammer, despite their past beef.

It would be recalled that the two media personalities have clashed multiple times in the past, with the recent being in July 2024 when Verydarkman called her out for a 73 euros scam.

Verydarkman revealed that he was shocked to discover Ashmusy in his DM crying for help in recovering her N33M from someone.

She revealed that she had been scammed by someone who has refused to return back her money, despite being active online.

Verydarkman burst into laughter and recalled how she had blasted him in the past, called him pig and other unprintable names.

He remarked with disbelief and noted how tables turn on everyone, eventually.

Afrobeats star Iyanya has addressed claims suggesting he has taken sides in the ongoing feud between two of Nigeria’s biggest music exports, Wizkid and Davido.

The controversy reignited after an X user, @Akubasteeny, accused Iyanya of switching allegiance from Wizkid, with whom he previously collaborated on the hit song Sexy Mama, to Davido, following his recent public support for the DMW boss’s music.

“I thought Wiz was your friend. I am just wondering why you switched side and turned into Davido’s boy,” the user wrote.

In a swift response, Iyanya dismissed the insinuation, stating that he harbours no animosity toward any of his colleagues and remains a supporter of all Nigerian artists, regardless of fan-imposed divisions.

“I don’t have an issue with any artiste. I played Wizkid’s Made in Lagos and Morayo, the same way I play every other artiste’s songs. Most artistes won’t say this, but we are the first to listen to other artistes’ projects when they drop. It’s part of our work to stay updated on the sound and the game” he wrote.

Iyanya further highlighted his consistent support for other artists, referencing his habit of playing new music introduced to him by talent manager Ubi Franklin. He also mentioned that he still maintains a good relationship with Burna Boy, saying they recently partied together at a club.

“I dey play all and I tell you, me no get enemy o. So make una stop this friend or no friend. Na una fans dey try dey push agenda wey no dey,” he added.

Iyanya’s clarification comes amid heightened tensions between Wizkid and Davido, whose on-and-off feud has often spilt onto social media, drawing their fanbases into heated online debates.

An online drama was recently sparked when the billionaire businessman countered his alleged adopted son, who had claimed the next-of-kin title.

Afrobeats singer Iyanya has faced another round of criticism after erroneously spelling ‘Morayo’ while addressing allegations that he has switched loyalty from Wizkid to Davido.

The controversy stems from the longstanding tension between the two Afrobeats giants, which has seen fans of both camps engaging in fierce debates online.

The backlash began after an X user accused Iyanya of abandoning his friendship with Wizkid to support Davido more openly. In response, the Sexy Mama crooner attempted to clear the air by emphasising that he supports all artists equally, naming several albums he claims to listen to regularly.

However, while making his point, Iyanya mistakenly referred to Wizkid’s tribute album Morayo, named after the singer’s late mother, as “Maroya.”

“I played Wizkid’s Made in Lagos and Maroya, the same way I play every other artiste songs,” he wrote, a typo that fans quickly latched onto.

Social media was immediately awash with reactions, many of them mocking Iyanya’s error and questioning his sincerity.

Another X user @Rozaycharm_ added, “Shey you know say you don unknowingly drop new banter material for 30Bingos?😭.”

Another user, @Dizmarviz, joked, “Maroya the greatest I ever made. Thank you @Iyanya, you just gave us new ingredients for this cooking… This week go long.”

Iyanya eventually corrected the error by quoting the original post and spelling the album name correctly as Morayo. However, the backlash did not let up, with some fans continuing to drag him.

An X user, @Kellybonito_ jested, “No worry, we understand. Even me sef no dey remember that album name. The album too useless 🤣🤣.”

@The_Good later followed up with, “Thanks for the correction and coming back to your senses, we forgive you… no artists way go fuck with Wiz way we FC nor fit put for he place ❤️.”

Despite his efforts to calm the storm, Iyanya’s slip-up has further fueled fan tensions in the ever-persistent Wizkid vs. Davido rivalry saga.

A recent report has emerged online alleging that legendary musician, 2Baba idibia and his new partner, Natasha Osawaru, are reportedly in rehab.

Notably, the duo has made headlines following their relationship, which began shortly after 2Baba’s divorce announcement from Annie Macaulay.

However, the reason for the divorce remains unknown, sparking buzz online.

This report was announced by  entertainment gossip blogger Cutie Juls on Instagram.

According to Cutie Juls, Natasha’s mother caught 2Baba Idibia and her daughter with hard drugs, leading to their arrest and rehab.

The post reads,“Anyway, so allegedly Natasha’s mother bursted 2face and her daughter stoned high on some Mkpuru Miri shit and that’s how the women arrested them and took them to rehab”.
